Directions
Mix Difiaba Decomax Lightening Powder with Level Developers at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl. For on-scalp applications, mix with 20 vol. developer or lower. Apply to dry, unwashed hair and process for up to 60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then condition with post-chemical-specific products.
