Right of withdrawal

You may not open the packaging and/or use consumable and/or hygiene products or tools (such as shampoo, skincare, makeup, tanning products, styling products/tools, etc.) to assess them. The customer may only handle and inspect the product as they would be allowed to in a store. The customer is liable for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is permitted. If you return a hygiene product, a 100% reduction in value will be applied.

Returns 

  • You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order using the return button in the shipping confirmation or the button below to register your return with JohnBeerens.com.

  • Is your order incomplete or are there any delivery issues? Let us know within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible! Contact beautycare@johnbeerens.com or call or message us on WhatsApp at +31 13 530 2010 and clearly provide your name, order number, and the items concerned.

  • The costs and risks of shipping a return are your responsibility. We recommend keeping your proof of postage safe. If the return is due to a warranty claim, we will send you a return label once the defect has been reported.

  • You will receive a refund including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days after we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the agreement.

  • We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

  • If you chose Riverty, you must notify them yourself that you have returned the package to avoid any payment reminders. Once we have received your package, we will notify Riverty immediately.

  • The refund will be issued once we have received the goods or you have provided proof that the products have been returned. This will be within the statutory period of 14 days.
