We only ship from stock. Order today, receive it tomorrow! Order on weekdays before 11:00 p.m. or on Sunday before 5:00 p.m., and your parcel will be on your doorstep the next day.

To receive Sunday shipping, you must select a DHL shipping method. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification. You will then receive a message as soon as the product is available again.

Our orders are delivered by DHL from Tuesday through Saturday. If the delivery time differs by more than 2 business days from what is stated on the website, we will let you know and do our utmost to find the best possible solution. No orders are shipped or delivered on Dutch national holidays. JohnBeerens.com aims to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible!

Delivery by DHL 
After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code. The parcel will be offered for delivery once. If you are not at home, DHL may deliver the parcel to your neighbors. You will then receive a notification in your mailbox. If the parcel is not delivered to your neighbors, it will be taken to a DHL ServicePoint, where you can collect it within 7 days. JohnBeerens.com has no influence over which neighbors your parcel is offered to. If your order is not delivered or collected, the parcel will be returned to JohnBeerens.com. We will then contact you by email.

Sustainable shipping at JohnBeerens.com
DHL Parcel offers climate-neutral shipping for orders from JohnBeerens.com. DHL is actively working to reduce CO2 emissions, including through sustainable construction, running vehicles on HVO 100 diesel, and expanding its fleet of electric vehicles. The goal is to bring global emissions down to zero by 2050. DHL also offsets shipments within the Benelux through Land Life Company, which restores important ecosystems, promotes biodiversity, and enables local communities to experience social and economic benefits through investments in large-scale reforestation projects. You can also contribute as a recipient. Won't you be home during the scheduled delivery? Change the delivery time or location using the My DHL app. This helps us avoid unnecessary mileage. Longer delivery time for bank transfers
Paying by bank transfer? Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. We will ship the products as soon as your payment has arrived. Business customers or consumers who have entered a company name must place their order before 4:00 p.m. to receive it the next day.

Shipping costs
For orders under €40, shipping costs €4.95 in the Netherlands and €6.95 in Belgium. Orders of €40 or more are delivered free of charge, both in the Netherlands and in Belgium. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not possible. For professionals in the Netherlands, shipping costs €6.63 excl. VAT, and to Belgium €7.63 excl. VAT. Shipping is free for orders of €60 excl. VAT or more, both to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Evening delivery
Consumers can choose evening delivery, ideal if you work during the day. This costs €5.95 for orders under €40. Evening delivery is free for orders over €40, from Monday through Friday. If you choose evening delivery on Friday, it will take place on Monday. The parcel will be offered for delivery once. If you are not at home, DHL may deliver the parcel to your neighbors. If DHL does not deliver the parcel to your neighbors, it will be taken to a DHL ServicePoint, where you can collect it within 7 days. If your order is not delivered or collected, the parcel will be returned to JohnBeerens.com, and we will contact you by email.

Delivery to a DHL ServicePoint
When completing your order, you can choose a nearby DHL ServicePoint in the Netherlands or Belgium. You will be notified when the parcel arrives, so you can collect it at a time that suits you. The parcel will be held for 5 business days. Contact our customer service if you do not collect the parcel within this time. Delivery to a DHL ServicePoint costs €4.95 in the Netherlands and €6.95 in Belgium. Orders of €40 or more are shipped free of charge.

Delivery times vary by country, with next-day delivery in the Netherlands for orders placed before 11:00 p.m., and delivery in Belgium within 1 to 2 business days. Filler material for shipping parcels
At JohnBeerens.com, products are protected during shipping with air cushions. These air cushions prevent products inside the packaging from being damaged in transit. Although paper is often thought to be automatically more environmentally friendly than plastic, this is not always the case. The air cushions used at JohnBeerens.com take up little space and can easily be recycled by making just one cut, leaving an empty bag. The filler material is made from 100% recycled material. We choose recycled plastic because it is a more environmentally friendly option than using paper to fill parcels.
