We ship only from stock. Order today, delivered tomorrow! Order on weekdays before 11:00 PM or on Sundays before 5:00 PM, and your package will be on your doorstep the very next day.

To have your order shipped on Sunday, you must select a DHL shipping method. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification. You will then receive a message as soon as the product is back in stock.

Our orders are delivered by DHL from Tuesday through Saturday. If the delivery time differs by more than 2 business days from what is listed on the website, we will notify you and do our utmost to find the best possible solution. No orders are shipped or delivered on Dutch national holidays. JohnBeerens.com strives to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible!

Delivery by DHL
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code. The package will be delivered to your address once. If you’re not home, DHL may deliver the package to your neighbors. You’ll then receive a notification in your mailbox. If the package isn’t delivered to a neighbor, it will be sent to a DHL pickup location, where you can pick it up within 7 days. JohnBeerens.com has no control over which neighbors your package is offered to. If your order is not delivered or picked up, the package will be returned to JohnBeerens.com. We will then contact you by email.

Longer delivery time for manual bank transfers
Are you paying via manual bank transfer? Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. We ship the products as soon as payment is received. Business customers or consumers who have provided a company name must place their order by 4:00 p.m. to receive it the next day.

Shipping Costs
For orders under €40, shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 and in Belgium, €6.95. Orders of €40 or more qualify for free shipping, both in the Netherlands as in Belgium. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not possible. For professionals in Shipping costs to the Netherlands are €6.63, excluding VAT, and to Belgium, €7.63, excluding VAT. Shipping is free for orders of €60 or more (excluding VAT), both to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Evening Delivery
For consumers, we offer evening delivery, which is ideal if youwork during the day. This costs €5.95 for orders under €40. For orders over €40,evening delivery isfree, Monday through Friday. If you choose evening delivery on Friday,it will take place on Monday. The package will be delivered once. Ifyou’renothome, DHL may deliver the package to a neighbor. If DHL does notdeliverthe package toa neighbor, it will be taken to a DHL Pickup Point, where youcan pickitupwithin 7days. If your order is not delivered or picked up,the package will be returned to JohnBeerens.com, and we will contact you by email.

Delivery to a DHL Service Point
When completing your order, you can select a DHL Service Point near you, both in the Netherlands and in Belgium. You’ll be notified as soon as the package arrives, so you can pick it up at your convenience. The package will be held for 5 business days. Please contact our customer service if you do not pick up the package within this time frame. The cost for delivery to a DHL Service Point is €4.95 in the Netherlands and €6.95 in Belgium. Orders of €40 or more qualify for free shipping.

At JohnBeerens.com, products are protected with air cushions during shipping. These air cushions ensure that the products inside the packaging are not damaged during transport. Although it’s often assumed that paper is automatically more environmentally friendly than plastic, this isn’t always the case. The air cushions used at JohnBeerens.com are space-saving and can be easily recycled by simply making a small cut, leaving behind an empty pouch. The packing material is made from 100% recycled material. We choose recycled plastic because it is a more environmentally friendly option than using paper to fill packages.
