How can I earn member points?
When you're logged in to your JB Member account, you automatically earn points with every order. There are also other ways to earn points. Check your account to see which promotions you can still complete to earn extra points.

How can I redeem member points?
Log in to your account and go to the JB member page. There, you’ll see which gift cards* and product gifts are available and how many points you need. Click “Redeem,” and you’ll immediately receive a discount code, or the product will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

How long does it take for new Loyalty Points to appear in my account?
Your points are added to your account immediately after you place your order.

What happens to my earned Loyalty Points if I return or cancel an order?
If you return or cancelan order, the corresponding member points will be automatically deducted from your account.

Can my member points expire?
Yes, member points are valid for one year. If you don't redeem them within a year, they will be automatically removed from your account.

What can you expect from Early Access (Silver & Gold members)?
With Early Access, you’ll be the first to know about our promotions. For example, you’ll receive the newsletter announcing the promotion before other members, so you can be the first to shop.

What is the extra discount I can get as a Silver & Gold member?
As a Silverand Gold member, you’ll regularly receive extra discounts that are available only to you.
