Why become a JB member?
As a JB member, you automatically earn member points with every order. You can redeem these points for gift cards* and product gifts. You also get exclusive benefits at each member level, such as early access, extra discounts and special influencer benefits.

How can I earn member points?
When you’re logged in to your JB Member account, you automatically earn points with every order. There are also other ways to earn points. Check your account to see which activities you can complete to earn extra points.

How can I redeem member points?
Log in to your account and go to the JB member page. There, you can see which gift cards* and product gifts are available and how many points you need. Click “redeem” and you’ll receive a discount code straight away, or the product will be added to your shopping cart automatically.

How long does it take for new Loyalty Points to appear in my account?
Your points are added to your account as soon as you place your order.

What happens to the Loyalty Points I’ve earned if I return or cancel an order?
If you return or cancel an order, the associated member points will automatically be deducted from your account.

Can my member points expire?
Yes, member points are valid for one year. If you don’t redeem them within a year, they’ll be automatically removed from your account.

What can I expect from early access (silver & gold member)?
With early access, you’ll be the first to hear about our promotions. For example, you’ll receive the promotional newsletter before other members, so you can shop first.

What extra discount can I get as a silver & gold member?
As a Silver and Gold Member, you’ll regularly get extra discounts that are only available to you.

What can I expect from the exclusive influencer benefits?
As a Gold Member, you’ll get access to exclusive influencer benefits. These could include an invitation to an event, a PR package and the chance to try new products first.

*A minimum order value applies when redeeming gift cards. When redeeming a €5 gift card, the minimum order value is €30. For a €10 gift card, the minimum order value is €60. For a €20 gift card, the minimum order value is €100.
