How should I use hydrogen?

Hydrogen peroxide should only be used when you want to color your hair. So make sure not to use it when you’re not coloring your hair. The intention is to add a small amount of the oxidizing agent to the hair dye. These two must be mixed thoroughly so that they form a liquid mixture. Next, apply the liquid mixture to the hair as directed on the hair dye package. Be sure to let it sit for a while to achieve the best results. Then rinse the hair thoroughly until all dye and oxidizer have been removed. Next, wash the hair with a good shampoo, such as one designed for colored hair. Apply conditioner to nourish the hair, and then rinse it out as well. Afterward, the hair can be styled.

What percentage of hydrogen peroxide should you use?

The percentage of hydrogen peroxide you need depends on how light you want your hair to be. The higher the percentage of hydrogen peroxide, the lighter your hair will become. You can use 3% hydrogen peroxide if you want to go one shade lighter. To go 2 or 3 shades lighter, you’ll definitely need to use 6% hydrogen peroxide.
