Description
Refectocil Developer Liquid 3% is a stabilized developer specially developed for use with Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint. The tint is available in ten different shades, from deep black to light brown. Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint makes eyelashes look noticeably longer and gives them more volume. Tinting your eyelashes also saves a lot of time because you don’t have to apply mascara every day. The color lasts for up to six weeks. In addition to eyelashes and eyebrows, Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint can also be used for beard growth, among other things.

Instructions:
- Make sure your eyelashes and eyebrows are dry and free of oil.
- Use two Refectocil eyelash papers for protection.
- Mix 2 cm of Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint with 10 drops of Refectocil Developer Liquid (3%).
- Close your eye and apply the tint with the applicator stick provided.
- Leave the tint on for the desired intensity.
- Remove any excess tint with a cotton swab.
Result:
