Warranties

If you received the item damaged or if it develops defects within its expected lifespan, you can make use of our warranty policy. To do so, please send an email tobeautycare@johnbeerens.com. Always include your order number, the product name, and a description of the problem with the product. We adhere to the statutory warranty conditions. A statutory warranty means that a product is or must function in a manner that the consumer can reasonably expect. This statutory warranty is also referred to as “non-conformity.” The duration of the statutory warranty is determined by the expected lifespan of the product. 

You are not permitted to perform repairs on the item yourself. Doing so will void the statutory warranty.

CHI Tools Warranty
CHI Tools come with a 2-year European warranty (from the date of purchase) on the electronic components. If an electronic defect is found within 2 years, you will receive a new CHI straightener. CHI does not supply individual parts, which means that repairs or the delivery of individual parts are not possible. Hair brushes with ceramic components are covered by a 1-year warranty. Please note! We do not provide a warranty on silicone strips, diamond-shaped accents, accessories, or other extras on, in, or attached to the tool. 

Warranties

All of our tools come with a 2-year statutory warranty on mechanical parts, effective from the date of purchase. All L Professionnel Steampod models come with a 1-year statutory warranty on mechanical parts.
