Description
Refectocil Developer Liquid 3% is a stabilized developer specially formulated for use with Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye. The dye is available in ten different shades, ranging from deep black to light brown. Eyelashes appear noticeably longer and gain more volume thanks to Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye. Dyeing your eyelashes also saves a lot of time because you don’t have to apply mascara every day. The color lasts up to six weeks. In addition to eyelashes and eyebrows, Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye can also be used for beard growth, among other applications.

Usage:
- Make sure your eyelashes and eyebrows are dry and free of oil.
- Take two Refectocil eyelash pads for protection.
- Mix 2 cm of Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye with 10 drops of Refectocil Developer Liquid (3%).
- Close your eye and apply the paint using the included applicator stick.
- Let the dye set for as long as needed to achieve the desired intensity.
- Remove any remaining paint with a cotton swab.
Result:
