Description

CHI Blondest Blonde Cationic Powder Lightener is an ammonia-free hair lightener that can lighten hair up to 8 levels. It is available in powder and/or cream form. It mixes easily with the CHI Color Generator, with a 1:1 mixing ratio.

Usage:

1. Shake well before use.

2. Put the desired amount into a plastic bowl and add the same amount of CHI Generator.

3. Quantities may vary depending on the technique and application used.

4. For full-head or touch-up applications, use10 or 20 volume.

5. Use 10, 20, 30, or 40 volume for lightening the scalp.

6. Never bring the device closer than 1/8" to the scalp, whether performing procedures on or next to the scalp.
