Directions
Apply the hair color to dry, unwashed hair. Distribute it evenly through the lengths and ends of the hair and leave to develop for 10 minutes. Apply the remaining color to the roots and leave to develop for a further 30 minutes.
For optimal results, use the PCC shades with Cream Developer. The color pigments develop deep within the hair fiber for excellent, long-lasting color retention, while special conditioning ingredients provide superior detangling and smoothing effects, enhancing fresh, vibrant colors.
