Curly Girl Method:
This cream is suitable for the Curly Girl Method. It contains water-soluble silicones. Check for yourself which ingredient may work for you.
This cream contains no protein, so if your hair has high elasticity, this product is not suitable for you.
How do you know whether your hair has high or low elasticity? The best-known way to measure elasticity is to take a wet, freshly washed strand of hair (without using conditioner) and stretch it.
Does the strand break almost immediately without stretching? Then your hair has low elasticity and contains too much protein. You need products that do not contain protein.
Does the strand stretch a little, not break too quickly, and spring back to its original curl? Then your hair has normal elasticity, and you should choose products both with and without protein.
Does the strand stretch quite far? Then your hair has high elasticity and is lacking protein. Use products with protein.
