2. Divide the hair into four sections and spray the treatment onto 2.5 cm sections, starting about 1.5 cm from the scalp. Comb through to distribute evenly.
3. Leave on for 20 minutes without heat.
4. Blow-dry the hair with a diffuser until completely dry.
5. Rinse with water (without shampoo), use an amika conditioner or mask, and rinse again.
