Directions
- Apply KIS Green Repair Conditioner to towel-dried hair after washing.

Curly Girl Method
This conditioner complies with the Curly Girl Method. It contains protein, so if your hair has low elasticity, this product is not suitable for you.
How can you tell whether your hair has high or low elasticity? The best-known way to measure elasticity is to take a wet, freshly washed section of hair (without using conditioner) and stretch it.
Does the section break almost immediately without stretching? Then your hair has low elasticity and contains too much protein. You need products that do not contain protein.
Does the section stretch a little, not break too quickly, and spring back into its original curl? Then your hair has normal elasticity, so choose products both with and without protein.
Does the section stretch quite far? Then your hair is highly elastic and lacks protein. Use products that contain protein.
