Directions:

1. LAV Shampoo: Apply a small amount to damp hair and scalp. Massage to create a lather, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner. Use daily.
2. LAV Conditioner: Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair, concentrating on the lengths and ends. Leave on for up to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Pre-Shampoo Treatment: Apply the Bond Building Pre-Shampoo Treatment to damp, towel-dried hair from roots to ends before shampooing. Leave on for at least 10 minutes. Rinse, wash your hair, and continue with your usual haircare routine. Use as a pre-shampoo treatment, not as a conditioner.
