Directions:

Assess your hair type, quality and density. Use the right amount of shampoo:

Fine hair: ¼ pump, medium-length hair: ½ pump, or thick hair: 1 pump.

Apply the shampoo to the hair. Massage through the hair for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Continue treating the hair with, for example, L'Alga SeaBoost Conditioner or L'Alga SeaCure Mask.
