Directions
Mix Decopaste Lightening Paste with our Level Cream Developer at a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:3 in a non-metallic bowl. Apply to dry, unwashed hair - processing time up to 60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then condition with post-chemical-specific products.
