How to use:
Take the desired amount of Milk_Shake Energizing Shampoo in your palms and distribute it through wet hair. Massage it into your scalp using your fingertips and light pressure, moving in circular motions to increase microcirculation. Rinse and follow with Energizing Blend Conditioner and Treatment.

Curly Girl Method:
This is a final wash that is Curly Girl Method approved. This final wash contains no protein, so if your hair has high elasticity, this product is not suitable for you.
How can you tell whether your hair has high or low elasticity? The best-known way to measure elasticity is to take a wet, freshly washed (without using conditioner) strand and stretch it.
Does your strand break almost immediately without stretching? Then your hair has low elasticity and contains too much protein. You need products that contain no protein.
Does your strand stretch a little, not break too quickly and spring back into its original curl? Then your hair has normal elasticity, and you should choose products both with and without protein.
Does your strand stretch quite far? Then it has high elasticity and lacks protein. Use products with protein.
