Description

CHI Blondest Blonde Cationic Powder Lightener is an ammonia-free bleach that can lighten hair by up to 8 levels. It is available in powder and/or cream form. It is easy to mix with the CHI Color Generator at a 1:1 ratio.

Directions:

1. Shake well before use.

2. Place the desired amount in a plastic bowl and add the same amount of CHI Generator.

3. Amounts may vary depending on the technique and application used.

4. For full-head or retouch applications, use 10 or 20 volume.

5. To lighten the scalp, use 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume.

6. Never apply closer than 1/8 " to the scalp, for both on-scalp and off-scalp procedures.
