Who are we?
JohnBeerens.com is the Netherlands' premier beauty webshop. Here you can shop for every brand you can think of in hair, skincare, and makeup products. We have ambitious plans to significantly expand our range and revenue over the coming years. To achieve this, we're looking for an enthusiastic creative who would love to contribute to the webshop's success. 

Who are you?
- You're a higher professional education student in Commercial Economics or Communications;
- You're creative;
- You're proactive;
- You have an interest in beauty;
- You have an excellent command of Dutch;
- You're analytical;
- You have an affinity for MS Office, especially Excel;
- You're customer-focused and enjoy a challenge;
- But above all, you're enthusiastic and eager to learn!

Responsibilities?
- Conversion optimization;
- Keep the webshop's professional (B2B) section up to date and check it;
- Check prices and products;
- Come up with B2B sales campaigns and promotions;
- PR and sales;
- Set up partnerships with trainers and influencers/hairdressers;
- Help with challenging assignments;
- Answer customer questions and provide advice;
- Analyze reports and respond accordingly.

What do we offer?
We offer you an enjoyable, educational internship with a friendly team of young colleagues. As an intern, you'll be fully involved in the webshop's day-to-day operations. You'll work with our small team and get to experience every aspect of the business. This gives you plenty of room to share your own ideas and put them into practice. You can help raise awareness of the webshop's B2B business and grow its market share. The webshop needs to be optimized, but potential customers also need to know about it. Marketing activities such as coming up with campaigns, promotions, and PR are very important. You'll have both a team supervisor and a general supervisor, ensuring you get excellent support at work and with your studies.
