Who are we?
JohnBeerens.com is the leading beauty online store in the Netherlands. Here you can shop for every brand you can think of in the areas of hair, skin, and makeup products. We have the ambitious goal of significantly expanding our product range and sales in the coming years. To achieve this, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative person who’s eager to contribute to the success of our online store. 

Who are you?
- You are a college student majoring in Business Economics or Communication;
- You're creative;
- You're a go-getter;
- You have an interest in beauty;
- You have a perfect command of the Dutch language;
- You have an analytical mind;
- You are familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel;
- are customer-oriented and enjoy a challenge;
- but above all, you're enthusiastic and eager to learn!

Services?
- Conversion optimization;
- Keep the professional-oriented (B2B) online store up to date and monitor it;
- Check prices and products;
- Developing sales campaigns and promotions for the B2B sector;
- PR and sales;
- Establishing partnerships with trainers and influencers/hairstylists;
- Working on challenging projects;
- answering customer questions and providing advice;
- Analyze reports and respond to them.

What do we offer?
We offer you an enjoyable, educational internship with a friendly team made up of young colleagues. As an intern, you’ll be fully involved in all the day-to-day operations of the online store. You’ll work alongside our small team and have the opportunity to experience all aspects of the business. This provides plenty of room for your own ideas and putting them into practice. You’ll help raise the profile of the B2B side of the online store and increase its market share. Not only does the online store need to be optimized, but it also needs to be made known to potential customers. Marketing (coming up with campaigns, promotions, and PR) plays a key role in this. You’ll have a team mentor and a general mentor to ensure you receive optimal support both on the job and with your studies.
