As a BeautyCare Agent, you’ll give JohnBeerens.com customers an extra reason to shop with us! How do you do this? By providing customers with expert, personalized advice on our cosmetics and beauty products! And because we believe it’s important for you to know everything about our customers and products, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the products, sales and consulting techniques, and common questions. You’ll do this together with your colleagues, because at JohnBeerens.com, teamwork is important!
If you're looking for a varied internship, our BeautyCare department is definitely the right place for you!
Who are you?
- You are 16 years old or older and have a high school diploma
- You speak and write Dutch/English (preferred)
- You can adapt quickly
- You have an interest in cosmetics and hair care, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge in these areas
- You have strong sales and communication skills, and you know better than anyone how to best assist and advise customers
- You're looking for a varied internship at one of the most successful beauty e-commerce sites in the Netherlands!
Work?
- You'll communicate with our customers by phone, email, chat, and in person
- You also advise and assist customers via Facebook and Instagram
- You'll assist the customer with the return process
- You help us continuously improve our service
