Responsibilities:

  • You support your colleagues with supplier communications and contracts so that we can maintain an excellent relationship and always benefit from the most attractive purchasing terms possible;
  • You assist with ordering products from our suppliers and ensure that they are available on time and remain in stock;
  • You coordinate quickly with other departments and provide them with relevant information, such as delivery times;
  • You ensure that purchasing administration is processed accurately in our ERP system;
  • You adjust minimum and maximum stock levels in our ERP system;
  • You actively help map out and optimize the purchasing process;
  • You identify brands that are a great fit for our product range.

 

Who are you?

You are passionate and highly commercially minded, enjoy working as part of a team to achieve the best results, and are available from September 2023. While you enjoy working with others, you also have a healthy level of confidence in your contribution to the shared success that comes from working together. You enjoy analyzing information and are good at it; you can clearly explain your findings and turn them into action points. You enjoy maintaining good relationships with the suppliers you are responsible for and securing the best purchasing terms. You have strong communication skills with both colleagues and external parties. You are eager to learn, precise, hands-on and think outside the box. You are persistent and see your goals through to completion! You speak and write Dutch and English well. Experience with Exact Globe and Excel is a plus.
