Work:

  • You will support your colleagues in managing communications and contracts with suppliers so that we can maintain optimal relationships and always benefit from the most attractive possible (purchasing) terms;
  • You will assist with ordering products from our suppliers and ensure that they are and remain available in a timely manner;
  • You communicate quickly with other departments and provide them with relevant information, such as delivery times;
  • You will ensure that purchasing records are entered into our ERP system without errors;
  • You adjust the minimum and maximum inventory levels in our ERP system;
  • You will actively contribute to mapping out and optimizing the procurement process;
  • You create brands that are a perfect fit for the product line.

 

Who are you?

You are passionate, highly business-minded, enjoy working as part of a team to achieve the best results, and are available starting in September 2023. While you enjoy collaborating with others, you also have a healthy dose of self-confidence in your contribution to the shared success that results from this collaboration. You enjoy analyzing data and are skilled at it; you know how to clearly articulate the findings from these analyses and translate them into concrete action items. You enjoy maintaining good relationships with the suppliers you’re responsible for and are committed to securing the best purchasing terms. You have strong communication skills with both colleagues and external parties. You are eager to learn, meticulous, hands-on, and think outside the box. You are a go-getter who persists until your goals are achieved! You speak and write Dutch and English well. Experience with Exact Globe and Excel is a plus.
