Work:
- Answering first-line HR questions regarding terms of employment, company policies, and laws and regulations;
- Recruitment & Selection;
- Monitoring the sick leave rate and ensuring appropriate support for employees on sick leave in accordance with the Poortwachter Act;
- Drafting employment contracts;
- Assisting the HR department with administrative tasks and file management;
- Collaborate on HR projects, including onboarding, the job classification system, etc.
