Responsibilities:
- Answering first-line HR questions about employment terms, company policies, and laws and regulations;
- Recruitment & Selection;
- Monitoring the sickness absence rate and ensuring appropriate absence support in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act;
- Drafting employment contracts;
- Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and file management;
- Contributing to HR projects, including onboarding, job architecture, etc.;
