How to use:
Mix the following three components together until a creamy consistency is achieved: Igora Vario Blond Cool Lift, Igora Vario Blond Powder, and Igora Color and Care Developer. After mixing, immediately apply the cream evenly to dry, unwashed hair. Apply only to the lengths and ends of the hair, avoiding the scalp. Leave the cream on for approximately 20 to 60 minutes. Once the hair has been lightened enough, rinse thoroughly and wash with shampoo.
