Directions
Apply Indola PCC Cool & Neutral hair color to dry, unwashed hair. Distribute the hair color evenly through the lengths and ends of the hair and leave it to develop for 10 minutes. Apply the remaining color to the roots and leave it to develop for a further 30 minutes.
For optimal results, use the PCC shades together with Cream Developer. The color pigments develop deep within the hair fiber for excellent, long-lasting color retention, while special conditioning ingredients provide superior detangling and smoothing effects, enhancing fresh, vibrant colors.
