Usage
Apply the Indola PCC Cool & Neutral hair color to dry, unwashed hair. Distribute the hair color evenly along the lengths and ends of the hair, and let it process for 10 minutes. Apply the remaining dye to the roots and let it process for 30 minutes as well.
For best results, use PCC hair colors together with the Cream Developer. The color pigments penetrate deep into the hair fiber for excellent, long-lasting color retention, while special conditioning ingredients provide superior detangling and smoothing effects, enhancing fresh, vibrant colors.
