Directions:
Apply WAVEWINDER STOP.IT after the liquid perm solution has been left to work for a while. Mix 20 ml of rinse concentrate with 500 ml of warm water in an applicator bottle, briefly shake, then distribute evenly over the unrolled hair. Leave on for approximately 30 seconds; do not rinse. Then continue with the Wavewinder steps.
