Usage:
Apply WAVEWINDER STOP.IT after the liquid perm solution has had time to take effect. Pour 20 ml of rinse concentrate into an application bottle along with 500 ml of warm water, mix briefly, and distribute evenly over the rolled-out hair. Let it sit for about 30 seconds; do not rinse. Then continue following the Wavewinder steps.
