Usage

  • Make sure your teeth are completely dry before applying the strips.
  • Place one strip on the top teeth and one on the bottom teeth, with the gel side facing the teeth.
  • Gently press down and fold the excess part behind the teeth.
  • Leave the strips on for 30 minutes; avoid eating or drinking during the treatment.
  • Remove the strips and rinse or brush your teeth to remove any residue.
