KIS KeraBond Step 1 Protect 250ml is the first step in the professional KeraBond repair system and provides optimal protection during coloring, bleaching, and styling treatments. This advanced bond builder is added directly to the chemical mixture and helps protect the hair structure by preserving the important disulfide bonds in the hair. This reduces hair breakage and keeps hair stronger, healthier, and more resilient, even during intensive chemical treatments.
The formula is enriched with keratin and supports the hair’s natural strength during coloring, bleaching, or perming. KeraBond Step 1 Protect prevents the hair from becoming unnecessarily weakened without affecting the color result or the effectiveness of the treatment. Usage
When bleaching or lightening hair
- 30–60 ml of color: add 5–9 ml of KeraBond Protect
- 60–120 ml of hair color: add 10–14 ml of KeraBond Protect
- 120–180 ml of hair color: add 15–22 ml of KeraBond Protect
For permanent or semi-permanent hair coloring
- 30–60 ml of color: add 3–5 ml of KeraBond Protect
- 60–120 ml of hair color: add 6–8 ml of KeraBond Protect
- 120–180 ml of hair color: add 9–11 ml of KeraBond Protect
Mix KeraBond Step 1 Protect into the color, bleach, or styling treatment. Apply the mixture according to the treatment’s instructions for use. After the processing time, rinse thoroughly and towel-dry the hair. Continue the treatment with KIS KeraBond Step 2 Strengthen for optimal repair and strengthening of the hair structure.
