Manic Panic© Classic High Voltage is a vegan, cruelty-free semi-permanent hair color cream. It’s free of harsh chemicals like ammonia or hydrogen peroxide and doesn’t damage the hair thanks to its moisturizing ingredients. For the very best results, we recommend applying Manic Panic© Classic High Voltage to light blonde hair with a minimum color level of 8. The color lasts up to 6 weeks. We advise you to test the product before use by performing a patch test and a strand test.

Usage
Wash the hair with a clarifying shampoo. Dry the hair completely. Apply the hair color evenly to the hair. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. If desired, you can warm the hair with a hair dryer while waiting to help the color take better. Rinse with cold water until the water runs clear. Dry the hair with a hair dryer or let it air dry.
Results may vary depending on various factors, such as the health of your hair, previous color treatments, your hair care routine, etc. This product is not suitable for coloring eyebrows or eyelashes.
For the best color retention, wash your hair with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner and cool water. The more often you wash your hair, the faster the color fades.
