Usage

Curly Girl Method:
This is a mousse that follows the Curly Girl Method. This mousse spray does not contain protein, so if your hair has a lot of elasticity, this product is not right for you.
How do you know if your hair has a lot or a little elasticity? The most common way to measure elasticity is to take a wet, freshly washed (without conditioner) strand of hair and stretch it.
Does a strand of your hair break almost immediately without stretching? If so, your hair has low elasticity and contains too much protein. In that case, you actually need products that don't contain protein.
If you stretch a strand of your hair slightly, does it resist breaking too quickly and spring back to its original curl? If so, you have normal elasticity and should choose products that do and do not contain protein.
Does a strand of your hair stretch quite far? If so, it’s highly elastic and lacks protein. In that case, use products that contain protein.
