REF Illuminate Color Conditioner contains a UV filter, which protects the hair from the sun’s harmful rays. This treatment will give your hair more volume and make it incredibly soft, thanks to the added silk proteins and tamalu oil. This REF treatment does not weigh your hair down. The conditioner is not tested on animals and is 100% vegan.
Usage
- After washing, towel-dry your hair.
- Next, apply a generous amount of REF Illuminate Color Conditioner to the lengths and ends of your hair.
- When doing this, avoid the hairline as much as possible.
- Let the conditioner sit for 2 minutes, then rinse your hair thoroughly.
