Directions:
Before perming, assess the hair’s condition to choose the right strength of perming solution. Gently cleanse the hair with a deep-cleansing shampoo, without massaging the scalp. Then wrap the hair and apply the solution after wrapping. Leave the solution on for the number of minutes specified in the instructions. Then rinse the hair thoroughly with the rods in place for at least 5 minutes. Blot the hair dry, then apply the neutralizer with the rods still in place. Leave it on for 5 minutes, then remove the rods and leave the neutralizer on for another 5 minutes. After processing, rinse the hair thoroughly and apply a little conditioner to close the cuticles again. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse it out. The perm is complete.
