Directions
Mix the desired shade of VIBA Permanent Colouring Cream with the correct amount of developer. The mixing ratio is 1:1.5. Apply the hair dye to dry hair. Start at the roots and work toward the ends. Distribute the hair dye evenly through the hair, using a brush, for example. After 30 minutes, rinse VIBA Permanent Colouring Cream out thoroughly.
