Wella Blondor Soft Blonde Cream is a gentle bleaching cream that’s perfect for frequent contact with the scalp during coloring. The treatment is mild yet powerful enough to lighten the hair. prevents moisture loss and is gentler on the hair and scalp. With this cream, hair can be lightened by up to 7 shades. Wella Blondor Soft Blonde Cream is specially formulated to be applied close to the scalp. With ingredients such as persulfate and lipids, it lightens the hair and creates a protective coating around each strand.

Usage:
Mix the powder with Welloxon Perfect or Color Touch Emulsion in a non-metallic bowl. Use a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2. When applying the product close to the scalp (full application or root touch-up), use an activator of no more than 6%. Otherwise
Apply evenly to unwashed hair. Processing time depends on hair condition and the desired result. Check the hair every 5–10 minutes (maximum processing time is 50 minutes). For the first application on untreated hair, apply the color first to the lengths and ends, then to the roots. Rinse the hair with lukewarm water and shampoo. Then apply Blondor Blonde Seal & Care for shine and conditioning.
