Wella Professionals Creatine+ Cutl it - Intense (N) is a perm solution for normal and unruly hair. Intense creates long-lasting curls. It sets the hair from the inside out, resulting in a surprisingly bouncy look.

Instructions for Use:
Wrap the hair around perm rods. Apply the Wella Professionals Creatine+ Cutl it lotion and let it sit. Determine the final processing time by testing the curls in different spots. Carefully open one of the perm rollers to check if the hair has curled. Leave the rollers in place, and when the hair appears sufficiently curled, rinse it out with the rollers still in (for about 3 minutes). Gently remove excess water by patting with a towel. Measure out 100 ml of neutralizing solution (Neutralizer, ready to use) into a small bowl. Apply 2/3 of the neutralizing solution to the perm rollers using a sponge and let it sit for 5 minutes. Finally, remove the perm rollers from the hair. Apply the remaining 1/3 of the neutralizing solution to the hair and let it sit for another 5 minutes before rinsing it out.
Result:
Long, wavy curls with a bouncy finish.
