Usage:
The Neutralizer is ready to use and does not need to be mixed with water. Apply two-thirds of the product to the hair and distribute it along the length. Let it sit for 3 minutes, then apply the remaining portion to the hair. Let this sit for another 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm to warm water.
